Working with Alyv has been a truely life changing experience for myself. The team has worked tirelessly to provide support even in a very medically and physically challenging situation. They have always worked with me as a united front and hold the view that my team should support me and build me up in ways I never imagined possible and because of that have allowed me to grow beyond where I ever dreamed I would be. They are some of my biggest cheerleaders in this journey but also my biggest advocates. Sarah spends so much time hand picking the staff just to make sure I have only the best staff to choose from and Jamie has worked tirelessly to make sure all training and support for the staff is there to make this a successful team. I can’t thank them enough, they are truely the definition of quality of care with a person centred approach allowing me choice and control engaging a dignified and supportive model of care
We’ve received numerous services through Alyv support and have been thrilled with all of them. The team at Alyv genuinely have a neuroaffirming, whole family approach, and provide empathetic, understanding and strengths based support and services. As a parent of autistic kids, it’s very difficult to find reliable, supportive services that are flexible and holistic about meeting my family’s needs. Alyv fill this gap amazingly. The staff are highly trained and experienced, and treat us with respect and empathy at all times. My child also was able to complete his first community respite with Alyv support staff, which allowed me a much needed break and him to experience a fantastic, personalised community stay full of fun activities.
